Due to strict personal care hygiene and safety standards, we do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. We only accept items for a one-time exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the cosmetic item is completely unopened, unused, and has all protective seals intact. By completing a purchase at checkout, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this policy.
